Elisabeth joined Cynergy Bank in early 2019 as part of the newly established Private Banking Team. Prior to Cynergy Bank, Elisabeth was an Associate in the Middle East team at Coutts & Co., managing a portfolio of HNW Private customers. Elisabeth is CeMap qualified and currently assists HNW individuals with financing requirements for their family home, residential and commercial investment properties.

Relationship Director

Costas is a Private Banker and has been with the Bank for over 30 years specialising in financial services, investments and wealth planning for HNW Individuals. Costas is CeMap qualified and currently assists HNW individuals with financing requirements for their family home, residential and commercial investment properties.

Regulated Lending Supervisor

Katie joined Cynergy Bank in December 2024, Prior to Cynergy Bank, Katie worked at NatWest for 10 years, predominantly in mortgages managing a team of advisers to support smooth customer journeys. Katie is DipMap qualified and now looks after the Regulated Supervision of Private Banking.

Rebecca Harrington

Senior Associate

Rebecca joined Cynergy Bank in 2021, initially working in Customer Service and Credit Delivery. She progressed to the role of Senior Associate in Private Banking in July 2023. Rebecca supports Relationship Directors to meet the financing requirements of HNW individuals. She is currently studying CeMAP qualification.

Leon Frangos

Associate

A recent graduate from Bournemouth University achieving a 2:1 in Business Management and Economics, Leon joined the Private Banking team at Cynergy Bank in January 2025. Leon is an Associate in the team and supports Relationship Directors to meet the financing requirements of HNW individuals.
